No, I’m not having a Crissy Crocker moment or hiding under my sheets screaming on cam to back the hell up, but fans are.
People have been up in arms over the craptastic treatment Britney has received from the Australian press– including Australian fans and the news has been boiling from shore to shore about how she’s been treated by the OZ media.
Today a piece again asks us to LEAVE BRITNEY ALONE! If she isn’t being hacked on Twitter or impersonated on Facebook, she’s being dragged through the mud by the press and paparazzo.
So just what is it about Brit Brit that makes people pity her like crazy yet at the same time pick on her like the fat guy in a little coat?
She’s one of the most down to earth, sweetest people left in the industry and every single person that has worked with her from magazines to photogs says she’s as sweet as pie, so why is she always being picked on?
The Daily Telegraph not only says Leave Britney Alone but says Frank Sinatra dealt with similar treatment when he visited the land of Oz.

Its just sad, Britney came to Australia for her fans, not to be trashed.
I kind of wish she went to south-America instead(NOT Mexico though, i know its not in south-America, but kind of the same thing, the fans there doesn’t deserve her after what happened in 2002)
It also wrong towards the Australian fans, they are not the ones hating on Britney, yet the press makes it seem that way. OMG PEAOPLE, you are not a Britney fan if you didn’t knew she was gonna lip sync!
The whole thing is just making a story out of nothing, first the lip thing, which was like, “duhh!, how far down under do u live? not knowing she lip sync” and then there was the “fans, hating the show, hundreds leaving thing”, that lady probably made a lot of money telling that story.
