Courtney doesn’t talk in commas its important stuff that needs to be said all at once kind of like how you talk in real life when you’ve been up all night and cant sleep because your speedball hasn’t worn off yet and you have tons to say because you know the real truths and other people don’t and you need to warn and save everybody from all the evils in the world because you have clarity only others could dream of.
Courtney would rather see Brit Brit on the streets sharing the crazies with her than give credit that her dad saved her life. You know how that goes. When you cant climb out of the bottle or crack pipe, you don’t want others to either. It’s called junkie love.

I strongly believe that Britney deserves her freedom. I also believe in the free American society. I don’t understand why some people say she must be under conservatorship because of aimless driving and pink wigs. It’s not the reason to take away somebody’s freedom. The only reason which I’m ready to agree with is mental illness. But who knows whether she really has it…

I see your point, Poor Britney. Thanks for the answers. I’ve read the front page and noticed you have a child yourself. I know people who have children usually have different point of view, it’s easier for them to consider kids “property” of their parents.
But I really think you have gone way too far. It’s your site and it’s up to you to decide, of course. But even if James saved her life she can’t be his property. We can respect him for helping his daughter and still he doesn’t “own” her. I don’t think you don’t love her. But I think that this very word demonstrates lack of respect.

as for her conservatorship in this case. Yes I think all you’ve named is not enough. after the second hospitalization her doctors let her go because they didn’t consider her a danger to herself or others. I’m not blaming Jamie for instating it on her, I know parents can ber overprotective and he clearly loves her.
I acknowledge that he has helped her a lot: she can see her kids, she looks way better than in 2007.
But what bothers me is that there is no end to this conservatorship in the forseeable future. I’m starting to think that Jamie thinks the way you do. That she is his property. And it’s ridiculous! You can’t have permanent control over a grown-up daughter, at some point you have to set her free. Brit has made a lot of progress and this “property” concept drives me mad…

@polina, I think you may be misconstruing this website. It’s written by someone who adores Britney but loves humor and art- therefore the image you see is my take on her fragility. I think you are reading too much into the picture and should focus more on the words on this site rather than the cartoon.
The bottom line is that Britney is 1000% better off today because of her father. No state or federal judge would order a conservatorship unless they have definitive proof that a person is a danger to themselves- which she was. She’s still recovering as you can tell by how she avoids eye contact and engaging in discussions with people. It’s going to be a long road for her to recover and tons of hard work.
PS: My daughter doesnt need me to oversee her because she acts responsible and has not had a team of doctors from a Los Angeles hospital tell a judge she is unstable. Britney has and no one cared enough to save her except her dad.

There has never been any proof he has drugged her, just her Mom’s words.
He is not in prison. WHY? Drugging a person is a crime, you just have to go to prison for that.

Polina, nobody here said Jamie owns Britney – ever. If you took the time to find out the real story, well, as real as anyone not close can get, then yes, Jamie did in effect save Britney’s life. Sorry to say, she was in a bad way and needed to be removed from such devastating influences. In case you hadn’t noticed, Britney is somewhat unique. The most followed person in the world. Nobody gets hounded like Britney. Desperate times call for desperate measures, nobody wanted to take Britney’s freedom away and nobody is enjoying this. More importantly, a California judge agreed with such a drastic plan, and the courts are heavily involved in overseeing Britney’s progress and slowly giving her back the reigns – when she’s ready. Jamie isn’t a gatekeeper, he’s a father.
Secondly, I think the front image sums up this site in a brilliant way. It’s satire on much of what the real Britney is – the fraps, the cute dorky shoes, her marlboro lights, her child-like face, lack of of a bra and wonky boob, walmart and cheetos! These are all parts of the real Britney – take it or leave it.

Britney is better off with the c-ship then with some users around who COULD take all her money. Jamie cannot, everything must be approved by the court.He can-not take millions form her, like other “friends” and family have done to celebs in the past.
Britney’s still getting better, she’s still rebuilding her life. What was going on in 08 was probably behavior modification, people who fall deep into mental illness need it.
