Forbes & Billboard on Britney

Filed under : BRITNEY NEWS - GOSSIP

What can anyone say when watching this summary of Britney’s amazing comeback? Haters and naysayers are probably pretending not to answer their phone when this video called.

Dramatic comeback, top album and single sales, sold out world tour, massive perfume and clothing campaigns- all successful- and her family reconstructed after the Dark Days of Sam and Adnan. Luckily Pepaw took his old dusty super hero cape out of the closet and unretired to save the Doll.

Sure it wasnt easy. It was obvious that the beginning of Britney’s recovery and the Cships strict rules was going to be a long haul, and she was either going to reconstruct herself with hard work and structure or implode.

Britney put in so much work that its hard to put into words. From learning how to be with her family all over again, avoiding pitfalls that were just waiting to eat her up, and day in day out rehearsals, recording and keeping her life as private as possible, Britney was back on top in no time. All this within 12 months of two 5150 holds. That takes guts, hard work and determination. No ego, realness thats hard to come by and simplicity all rolled into one.

When people asked me what it is I see in her- this is it. She is one of the hardest working- most misunderstood performers of our time. People that dont follow her or take the time to know what she’s made of are often quick to judge and call her white trash or a hillbilly, but those people refuse to look beyond her simple way of speaking, and realize there is a huge talent behind those upside down eyes and a heart of gold. You dont just rule the world of pop on accident.

To accomplish all of this while managing to reconstruct your entire life while the whole world watched… incredible.

I think it’s an old pic of her head photoshopped on someone else, and it looks written in russian or something. Prob just a made up promo shot for the video.

People still think her career is something that “just happens” to her, like she contributes no effort herself. Like she turns up at a recording studio, sings one note and they “autotune” it into the vocal on “3″. *shakes head sadly*

    • UnusualBritneyHighOnBritBrit says:

That actually makes me quite mad. When her fans imply that. Britney herself has said that she has control over her own career and really nobody can make her do something she does not want to do…most of the time. Just because she doesn’t micro manage her career in the way Christina Aguilera does not mean she just sings a song, which her people choose for her, do the dance routine which people did for her and just sit on her ass all day and wish for herself to be lucky and a hit. She chooses to be a hit and picks incredible songs and does amazing performances. It doesn’t just happen. She’s as much to blame for her success as her people are. They are a team, Britney is a team player and that’s why she is so successful.
