Everyone knows that Perez Hilton likes to pick on people who are better than him, because he’s still working out issues from his childhood of never being invited to the party, but he reaches a whole new level of asswipe when he calls an innocent baby a “bastard’.
On his blog today Perez was discussing the Courtney Love issue where she said she did not want her daughter to end up like Jamie Lynn Spears and he finished his post with the sentence of;
“But since we’re on the topic, where is Jaimie Lynn? How’s that bastard baby doing?”
Wonder how Brit Brit would feel knowing the guy in her tour called her niece a bastard? Despicable.
Perez is the epitome of asswipe PB.
He knows that the only way to get attention is to be an asshole.

I guess the reason I can’t stay away is because I’m aware of his influence, he gets like 10 million hits a day or something outrageous like that? So what he says influences how the general public (at least the people interested in gossip) view Britney, & I’m kind of curious about that. However, he is actually a Britney hater but the way he disguises his hate is infuriating.
But I also believe that most people don’t like him or don’t really agree with his opinions but are like me and are curious, or do in fact enjoy what he’s has to offer in terms in gossip, which is getting more and more limited as QT mentioned.
Anyways I’ve never seen a good pic of Maddie! She’s SO cute! I think she is a good mix of Cassie and Jamie Lynn.
Since we’re discussing why people read him, I can tell you why I don’t.
I guess the reason I don’t read his site is because I follow so many news agencies that have news hours sometimes a full day or two before him (PR News, CNN, Y!News, RSS feeds etc).
For me as a blogger, he’s very bland and late on news, often recycling stuff from the major news outlets but never ever giving credit- as if he uncovered it himself- which is not the case.
I like to be engaged when I read websites and thats why I find him and most fan sites so dull. I adore Dlisted, popbytes, DSF and sites that actually write a story to engage me. Anyone can recycle news. It takes no skill at all which is why he tries so hard to be “controversial”.
TBH if gossip is all people are looking for they can find it much faster via TMZ and Radar than PH. After All thats prob who he took it from.
He is such an evil fairy, he can go shave his back now.

you’re right on, I have barely seen him source info…and i doubt he has many of his own “sources” anymore because he lacks credibility as a journalist/blogger
when it comes to real news TMZ has got it down…I mean they did break MJ death’s first.
And as for Britney news PoorBritney (obviously), Twitter & KilltheLights.org is all I really need lately… except every once in awhile I might need to do a search on the Exhale forums to look up some old news that’s on my mind

@ribbontie, You summed it up big time! If you look at his posts through a feed reader like I do, you see that all the breaking news is on TMZ, RadarOnline, US, CNN, People etc, then AFTER you see it trickling in on PH. I think that’s why a lot of bloggers hate him as well, because he never credits anyone for a story like he’s some fabulous fucking journalist when all he did was read that shit in a feeder like the rest of us. But WE credit our sources as it should be.
As for writing his own shit, well…he was live on the view the other day and 4 stories went out on his site while he was gone soooo…. My disgust is so deep for this person because of how poorly he treated Britney when she needed privacy the most, and the way the media rewards him for being an idiot is just pitiful.
I think MK @ Dlisted is the most underrated writer ever. HE should be doing the gossip circuits not PH. He is one of the funniest humans alive!
That’s my main gripe against the jackass! He’s such a backstabbing coward about it. I use to get so annoyed on Britney message boards when they’d go crazy over his mean Brit posts, sometimes several a day. Then they’d excuse it by saying “Oh he really loves Brit so it’s ok!”
His hate is obvious to me. He might like her songs, but not her. The way he treat celebs he likes(Paris, Gaga) is different.
